Back Office Support System “BOSS”

The other end of our system is a support network called the back-office support system, or “BOSS”, which is a corporate-run facility based out of our head office. It handles all incoming calls: quotes, sales, scheduling and processing payments. We have dedicated residential and commercial call centre agents to answer specific client questions.
