First and foremost, no industry experience is needed.
Our owners are relationship builders. They enjoy community involvement, as well as creating partnerships and alliances with other business leaders and referral sources. They are coachable, reliable, communicative, and responsive. They have a desire to build a team so they can scale and work on their business, not in their business. Our best owners understand the importance of customer focus and desire a predictable, repeat revenue business.
We do not ask owners to knock on doors or sell. We create demand through Elite’s advertising programs and have a trained sales staff in our call centre to handle your incoming inquiries. Our agents also route map the franchises schedule to maximize profitability and lower windshield time. We nurture each customer from initial contact to post service invoicing to make sure they feel the “above and beyond” service at each step through reminder calls, thank you calls and review requests.

We service two main markets.
The first is Residential clients. Everyone who has a home has windows and very few enjoy cleaning them.
Previous to the Elite system, the price to clean the windows on your home was higher than most were willing to pay for the service. The cost balance was off for the average homeowner. Now, with the technological advantage of a transparent, flat rate pricing model we are able to service thousands of people who were simply priced out of the market previously. The second market is the Commercial sector.
If you look around your city, you will quickly realize that the world is made of Glass and in the commercial sector this glass is generally cleaned annually or biannually to keep buildings and storefronts looking their best. At scale, Commercial window cleaning should equal roughly 50% of your revenue. These customers range from Property management companies, hospitals, Municipal Agencies to Colleges and Universities.
Ownership roles can change as the business grows. We recommend all owners start in the field to get a direct understanding of the work at hand. Past this, there are a few different models we plan for. Owner/operators for single units. Multi-unit owners who are out of the vehicle but are actively working on growing their business. And multi-unit operators who have hired general managers and salespeople to run their business. An owner/operator will manage a smaller team, and work in the day-to-day with them. The multi-unit operator will be working on growing their business through larger commercial sales and brand building in the area.

Our JOB POD technology allows us to accomplish something that no one else in the industry can do: we can wash windows in half of the time of anyone else out in the market.
If you picture a standard home, there will be roughly 8 windows on the second story that will need cleaning. With traditional methods a window cleaner will need to set up their ladder, Climb the ladder, Wash the window by hand, climb down the ladder, move it to the next window and climb the ladder again to repeat the process. As you can imagine this process is very labor intensive, time consuming and ultimately unsafe.
For comparison’s sake that same process for an Elite window cleaner looks like this. They unpack and setup the Job Pod, extend their water fed pole and begin work. They scrub and rinse the window with 0 parts per million pure water to insure there are no spots or streaks when the window dries then they simply walk to the next window and repeat the process until all the windows have been cleaned. By cutting out the need for ladders and “nose to glass” hand cleaning we have doubled the efficiency of our window cleaners while making a safer work environment for our technicians in the field. Both approaches ultimately end with the same result, a clean window, but as you can imagine, the Elite System allows for far more daily output per technician.
